Meditation involves taking control over our own mental state, and altering how we respond to outside stimuli, whether it be positive or negative. It allows us to help control our reactions to help us produce the outcomes that are healthier for our happiness and well-being.
Therefore, meditation can be a key component in helping us deal with nearly any kind of stress, although there are many other tools that can do so. But meditation can be one of the most effective in a person's arsenal. It's inexpensive, can be done nearly anywhere, and it carries with it many other benefits.

If you haven't had the opportunity of using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred, you are missing out on a great peice of softwarethat will definitely make your life will whole lot easier.
One of the things I've found when usingDragon NaturallySpeaking 9 is that you need a good microphone. I personally recommend microphones are wired to your computer. I have both, Bluetooth and a wired model, and I find that the wired model works better for me. I sprang for a lightweight one and it folds its laptop compatible there goes with me everywhere. And I absolutely love and the new Dragon naturally speaking that.
I can say in all honesty that it installed without a hitch. I receive no error messages, no constant reboot requests, no lost user files, nothing. Everything went smoothly. I have been using Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 preferred for the past two years and decided to upgrade because of the faster recognition and updated features. After inserting the Dragon 10 CD in the drive, the software loaded and proceeded to install. It recognized that I had a previous version installed and asked if I wanted to keep my user files for the new version. I clicked yes and the software did the rest.

Useful Tips To Saving Money At The Gas Pump
September 9, 2008 by admin
The price of gas these days is unbelievable - just a few years ago, $5 a gallon was unthinkable, but it now seems inevitable (and right around the corner). Can you even imagine how high the price of gas will go if there is another Gulf coast hurricane? What about further conflict in the Middle East? It boggles the mind.
And to be perfectly frank, the price of gas is only going to rise. It may rise quickly or gradually, but the fact that the price will rise is a certainty. The only aspect of all this that is within our control is the price we personally pay for gas - and how we save money on gas. Following are nine tips which can save you money at the pump. Some are just common sense while others are lesser known strategies: but all will save you money.

Remarks of Senator Barack Obama
"The American Promise"
Democratic National Convention
August 28, 2008
Denver, Colorado
As prepared for delivery
----
To Chairman Dean and my great friend Dick Durbin; and to all my fellow citizens of this great nation;
With profound gratitude and great humility, I accept your nomination for the presidency of the United States.
.
Let me express my thanks to the historic slate of candidates who accompanied me on this journey, and especially the one who traveled the farthest - a champion for working Americans and an inspiration to my daughters and to yours -- Hillary Rodham Clinton. To President Clinton, who last night made the case for change as only he can make it; to Ted Kennedy, who embodies the spirit of service; and to the next Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, I thank you. I am grateful to finish this journey with one of the finest statesmen of our time, a man at ease with everyone from world leaders to the conductors on the Amtrak train he still takes home every night.
To the love of my life, our next First Lady, Michelle Obama, and to Sasha and Malia - I love you so much, and I'm so proud of all of you.
