Meditation involves taking control over our own mental state, and altering how we respond to outside stimuli, whether it be positive or negative. It allows us to help control our reactions to help us produce the outcomes that are healthier for our happiness and well-being.

Therefore, meditation can be a key component in helping us deal with nearly any kind of stress, although there are many other tools that can do so. But meditation can be one of the most effective in a person's arsenal. It's inexpensive, can be done nearly anywhere, and it carries with it many other benefits.

Let's talk the real world. I have never been particularly political, not until this last presidential race. There has been so much bullshit, lies and more lies and crap thrown at all of America, one doesn't know where to start to pick up the pieces. The bottom line is that American soldiers have died in Iraq in droves, we are hated around the world and we have a President who's a lunatic. I wouldn't care if he were Democrat or Republican - what he's done to this country is simply scandalous.

They won't impeach him because it's not politically expedient. What the hell is up with that?!!! I mean, they impeached Clinton because of SEX. Having sex outside of marriage without consent of all parties involved is not that hot; however, it does nothing to the economy, our soldiers, the country - nothing! It's simply something that happens in life. So, we got a President who's stupid, insane and ridiculous!

For Sale: Cheap, Quick & You Get The Psycho Neighbor In The Deal

Okay, so you may think you have bad neighbors, but after watching this movie trailer, you'll change your mind. No matter how lousy you think you've got it, at least you don't have Samuel L. Jackson as your pissed off, police officer nutcase out to make your life horrendous. Get out the For Sale signs, honey.

Plot Summary: Chris and Lisa move into a new neighborhood. They soon meet their new neighbor Abel played by Samuel L. Jackson, who seems to be a little more involved with the people in his street than the others. He’s an LAPD officer and when they get into an argument, things escalate into something much much bigger.

We sarcastically place this review under Happynomics where the real world meets Pyscho in California.
